Attuned Communications was founded in 1996 by Bill Phelps and Al Feaster. The company originally was a consultant/design company focused on providing design services to education and commercial properties. In 2000 Bill Phelps was working and living in Asia Pacific and Attuned Communications was involved in design/consulting and project management on large projects focused on the International schools throughout APAC and multi-national commercial business. From 2000 to 2018 the company was inactive in the US.
In 2019 Todd Phelps assumed ownership of Attuned Communications and in 2020 the company was officially incorporated and changed the name to AttunedCommTech.
